INDIANAPOLIS – Seventeen companies have unveiled expansion plans expected to create nearly 650 high-wage jobs throughout the state. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says the announcements top off a year that included commitments from 323 companies, totaling more than 26,000 new jobs.
The IEDC says this year’s expansions include more than $4.7 billion in investment. The jobs involved in today’s announcements are projected to pay an average annual salary of more than $82,000.
