The company had a dream that one day they could rid themselves of using Excel as the sole tool for financial analysis. ISCO realized this dream in the summer of 2016 by implementing PBCS in a phased approach: Phase 1 – Financial Statement Analysis; Phase 2 – Budgeting & Forecasting. The implementation of PBCS has led to reduced time spent on reporting, accurate & consistent budgets & forecast, and ultimately fewer nightmares.
