Introduction to Oracle’s PBC REST API with Groovy Scripting
Thursday, May 31, 2018
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
Presenter: Dayalan PunniyaMoorthy, EPM Consultant
REST describes any simple interface that transmits data over a standardized interface (such as HTTP).
REST provides a set of design rules for creating stateless services that are viewed as resources and can be identified by their URIs. It allows consultants to perform admin tasks in Oracle EPM Cloud like executing a job, retrieving the job status, adding a member, getting and updating substitution variables for planning applications and managing various tasks related to Migration and Data Management.
In this session, we will cover how to invoke the REST API related to Oracle’s PBC using the Groovy program.
